- BQE north toward Queens 1 mile to Humboldt Street exit
- as you exit the BQE at Humboldt, stay to the L (the exit ramp forks but stay to the L side)
- at the light at the bottom of the ramp, bear R to stay under the BQE northbound
- past McDonald's (at Kingsland), thru Morgan Ave. light
- at next light after Morgan, R on Vandervoort
- take Vandervoort to end (1/2 mile), L on Grand Street
- over Metropolitan Avenue Bridge
- continue on Metropolitan Ave., past Western Beef (on left)
- at light, 1 block after Western Beef, hard R on Flushing Ave. southbound
- past Woodward, Onderdonk, Cypress, St. Nicholas
- after St. Nicholas, at next light, L on Wyckoff Ave. (orange bldg.-wireless services company is on corner)
- Great Moving & Storage is three blocks up on L (between Starr & Willoughby)
Best CAR ROUTE from lower Manhattan:
- Williamsburg Bridge outbound from Manhattan
- at end of bridge, road splits three ways, stay middle exit (bet. handball courts on L, buses on R)
- at first light, L on Havermeyer
- at next light, one short block, R on Boriquen (under BQE ramp overhead)
- straight on Boriquen, over small bridge, within 3-4 blocks Boriquen becomes Grand Street
- straight on Grand Street about 1.5 miles (past BP gas) until you cross Metropolitan Ave. Bridge
- on other side of bridge, you are now on Metropolitan Ave.
- continue on Metropolitan Ave. 1/2 mile, past Western Beef (on left)
- at light, 1 block after Western Beef, hard R on Flushing Ave. southbound
